Personal:

Started running in November 2007 to get fit. Now I'm back almost to square one after back surgery. I did it once and I'll do it again.

6AM: Got a little bit more sleep. I actually went to bed earlier than normal. Imagine that, go to bed earlier and get more sleep. Six hours instead of five. Next stop is getting a solid 7 hours. How would that be?

Felt nauseous and weak the entire run but I plowed through it. Should have eaten a little something beforehand. Will start experimenting w/ various foods to see what works.

5-6 hours of sleep is my norm too...sickening! I really need to get more as my old body is liking getting up early less and less. Plus, I am dead tired by 9pm!

When I was in college, undergrad, I worked graveyard, went to school during day and found time to fish & play. That said, I've NEVER been more tired than I am now. SMH.
