Run at least one marathon every year until I buy the farm.

Qualify for Boston Marathon.

Personal:

Started running in November 2007 to get fit. Now I'm back almost to square one after back surgery. I did it once and I'll do it again.

Easy going lunchtime GB run from FF Memorial to Willow Lane Complex and back; no idea how fast I ran, forgot my watch; weather is still rather nice for late October, low 70's

GB run from Municipal Park past WS Golf Course and back; beautiful fall colors along the Boise River; warm temp in the mid 60's w/ little or no breeze; started off sluggish attributable to playing bball last night; finally got in a rhythm around mile 3 and put in a couple of strong miles at the end; need to improve my diet and get back to where I was; the extra ten lbs are weighing me down; 8:37 overall pace
