Run at least one marathon every year until I buy the farm.

Qualify for Boston Marathon.

Personal:

Started running in November 2007 to get fit. Now I'm back almost to square one after back surgery. I did it once and I'll do it again.

Noon: GB run from Muni Park. December run in short w/ temps in the 50's. 5 x 150-200m strides.  Piriformis pain was bad today. Not sure why it has flared back up since I'm running a LOT less and a LOT slower these days.

Noon: GB run from AM Park to Willow Lane. Just taking things slow and trying to get consistent again. Need to run every day, even if its only a couple miles, until I work back into the 8-10 mi/day habit again.
